Assembly Member Rodneyse Bichotte and District Leader Josue "Josh" Pierre Endorse Doug Schneider

This morning, Rodneyse Bichotte, Assembly Member and Statecommitteewoman/District Leader for the 42nd Assembly District, and Josue "Josh" Pierre, the Statecommitteeman/District Leader for the 42nd, announced their endorsement of Doug Schneider for Statecommitteeman/Democratic District Leader for the 44th Assembly District. 

“I have known Doug for years and have always known him to be an activist, a community leader, and a committed reformer. I look forward to working closely with him to improve the lives of Brooklyn families, expand the Democratic base, and elect real Democrats fighting for progressive values” said Assembly Member Bichotte.

District Leader Pierre added, "Doug is going to bring a new and exciting voice to the Brooklyn Democratic Party. He is going to be an excellent advocate for the priorities and values of Brooklyn's Democrats and I look forward to partnering with him." 

The 44th Assembly District borders the 42nd in Ditmas Park and Midwood and also includes parts of Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Kensington, and Boro Park.  

"As an Assembly Member and District Leader, Rodneyse Bichotte has been a progressive and passionate advocate for the communities of Ditmas Park, Flatbush, East Flatbush and Midwood. As a state legislator, she continues to sponsor legislation on key issues that affect the quality of life in our neighborhoods" Doug said. I look forward to working with these hard-working leaders as real Democrats helping Brooklyn communities" Doug concluded.
